SUMMARY: Performs clerical and computer functions to ensure efficient support of the Energy Division
and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Completes updates, photocopies and distributes forms and reports to Energy Programs
Management, Fiscal Dept. and other support staff for the purpose of recording, planning and
invoicing.
2. Prepares, enters, verifies, and updates energy documents to Program Specialist II for approval; then,
prepares packages for mailing.
3. Utilizes two computer systems for program needs.
4. Maintains contact with Program Specialist II to ensure promptness of paperwork.
5. Receives and reviews accuracy of energy documents submitted by Energy Programs field staff.
6. Maintains positive working relationships with staff and customers.
7. Contacts customers as needed for information clarification, provides customer service to include
referral information.
8. Answers telephone, screens and directs calls.

physical inventory.
5. Keeps the Warehouse clean and free from debris.

AT-WILL STATEMENT: Employment at Proteus is employment at will. This means that an employee is
